1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 70jili ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 70jili website located at https://70jili.cam and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through 70jili, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, game-specific terms, bonus terms, and policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this site.

3 Account Registration

4.2 Deposit Limits

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on 70jili use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or accredited live dealer studios with independently audited outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are verified by independent testing agencies. 70jili does not alter game outcomes or otherwise manipulate results in its favour beyond the stated house edge inherent to each game.

6.2 Malfunctions

6.3 Bet Cancellation

8 Intellectual Property

12 Amendments to Terms

13 Suspension & Termination

13.2 Termination by 70jili

70jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct on the platform;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account, any remaining balance (less applicable fees, outstanding wagering requirements, or amounts under dispute) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, except where the account was closed due to fraud, money laundering, or material violation of these Terms, in which case funds may be withheld pending investigation or legal proceedings.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
